Your Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for new business development from the sales team in NY , making a significant impact on the growth of the business
  • Hire, manage & motivate your team of Business Development Managers & Sales Development Representative to exceed their quotas across multiple verticals
  • Own the sales target for the NY office and ensure the constant flow of sales through strong pipeline management and reporting
  • Ensure successful, robust sales processes are in place and adhered to, in order to maximize revenue growth.
  • Use your expertise to support your team through the entire lifecycle of the sale, from finding prospects to completing the deal
  • Have a remit to grow the US Sales team, taking responsibility for the shape and structure of the team to ensure consistent results
  • Become an expert on our product, confidently marketing the benefits of SaleCycle’s solution to e-commerce businesses across the US region
